Sun Yanzi (孙燕姿) is probably my number one idol in terms of music and breaking into the Chinese songs scene like a boss. When I first starting learning how to sing in a music school (ahem, that talent scouting music school), I really wanted to be like her but unfortunately I sounded nowhere as good as her. In fact, I sounded so bad that the music teachers in the music school asked me to consider writing songs instead of singing, should I decide to be in the entertainment field.

Needless to say, my hopes were all dashed. Like shattered glass all over the floor. Ran over by a lorry. Twice.
